I neglected to mention.
I’m now “trained” in Exchange.
Hmm…lets clarify. I’ve taken Microsoft Course 5047A - Introduction to Installing and Managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.

Microsoft announced Thursday, they plan to allow third party access to their protocol information.

AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and Tmobile, the major cellular carriers in the US, have all announced pricing changes. You can now get “unlimited calling” for 99 dollars a month.
