Pers is frustrating.

I finally got my own personal sign of the economy.
Got my annual balance sheet from the Public Employee’s Retirement System.
My account earned a -26.75% return last year.
This is awful. But where it really hurts is… I put in less money than it lost, so for the year, I lost 1/16th of my retirement.
Woo…. *tear*

I win at Buzz Lightyear!

Disneyland has a ride for Buzz Lightyear fans. It’s a simple ride with a laser targetting gun/game as you traverse the path.
At the end of the ride, instead of paying for a picture, they offer to email you the picture.

LA Day two

Hmm….
Sleep in… til 8.
Rush to get to temple before 9:45 start of services…. end up getting there at 9:25. Could have and should have stopped for coffee.
Get done with services at 12:45…. (one heck of a parsha) but thats another discussion.

I got up at 4AM Friday.
Got up, drove to airport, flew to LA.
Oh yeah, bought an orange juice in the Eugene airport. By the time the flight left Medford, I was throwing up. Best orange juice ever….NOT.
Got to LA at 9AM. Got rental car. Got to grandma’s at 10:15.
At noon, took off for Santa Monica.
